Vendor Payment Policy

OnPoint Property Solutions will coordinate and schedule all repair, maintenance, and service work using trusted local vendors. Property owners are responsible for direct payment to vendors. No funds will be collected or held by OnPoint Property Solutions for the purpose of vendor payment.

We act as your property manager—scheduling vendors, supervising jobs, keeping tenants informed—but don’t handle or markup vendor payments. You get the invoice directly and pay it just like you would normally. That way, everything stays transparent and clean on your books.”
